Happy Days Group operate premium serviced accommodation and Hotel operations in Liverpool – and support many local good causes and initiatives.
Happy Days Group founders & co-owners Alan Cosgrove and Peter Schriewersmann are passionate scousers (one of which has been adopted from Germany many years ago!).
They love to see the city develop and thrive – and see people fulfil their potential.
Having overcome their fair share of lows and adversity themselves, Alan and Peter decided it is time to give back to deserving local people who have gone or are going through tough times.
Alan and Peter hope, that this initiative will only be the first of many in future – and evolve into a bigger movement, dovetailing into the many other amazing initiatives already operated by amazing scousers across the region.
Everyone has the moral and social obligation to utilise their platform for more than just earning money – but to do good in their local community.
The award ceremony will take place on 20 March at Hotel Anfield, 23 Anfield Road. (This initiative does not recognise club colours and is intending to unite and aimed at absolutely everybody in our amazing Liverpool City Region!)
Fran D’Arcy has been involved in the third sector for over twenty-five years. Her passion is about helping others, and her motto has always been, “there’s no greater joy than giving.” Fran began fundraising at the age of nine, and before becoming a professional fundraiser she had already raised £60,000 for local causes. Having volunteered and worked in many diverse communities, she realises the importance of engaging with and supporting those of all ages and from different backgrounds. This is a passion project, as she recognises the amazing people in Liverpool City Region and wants to be a part of giving something back and celebrating the city region’s rich culture and generous soul.
